Refund policy

In compliance with legal regulations, the customer has 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return. At SELECT STORE, we reserve the right to reject the return if the item is not returned in the same condition it was received.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging.

To request a return, the customer must contact us via email at help@selecteu.com, briefly explaining the reason for the return. The customer will bear the cost of returning the item to our facilities.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
