Return Request
To return a product, you must request the return within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Exchanges
Orders shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands can request a size or model exchange for a cost of €7.
For the Canary Islands, the cost is €20, and for the rest of countries, €15. Returns are only accepted in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be new and show no signs of use.
- Include the original packaging and accessories in the same condition as received.
- Be properly protected with a cardboard box during return shipping.
We reserve the right to reject the return or request compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.
Once we receive the product, our team will assess its condition and accept or reject the return. You will be notified of the decision by email.
Return Form
Once you have requested the return or exchange via the corresponding form, you will receive a document that must be included inside the package.
Returns or exchanges received without this document cannot be accepted.

Return and Exchange Costs
- Exchanges to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €7
- Returns from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €7
- Returns from the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe: €15
The refunded amount will not include the original shipping costs, if any.
Any shipment refused or not collected by the recipient may incur return and handling fees, as well as possible additional costs such as local taxes, duties, or customs fees. These amounts will be deducted from the final refund.

Remember to bring the product in its original box or bag, without the outer shipping box, along with your order identifier so we can easily locate your order.
Refund
Once the condition of the item has been verified and approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
